Our process has worked time and time again and ensures the greatest chances of removing stains.

INSPECTION – Having the knowledge of the stain greatly increases the chances of removing the stain. Once the stain has been identified we can select the appropriate chemical.

REMOVING – Once we have selected the correct chemical for the stain its then time to apply it. After a short dwell time, a gentle agitation is required to help break down the soils.

EXTRACTION – Using powerful extraction machines we pump a solution deep inside the carpet fibres and at the same time extraction the liquids containing the stain.

DRYING – It is absolutely paramount to have the area worked on dry as possible. Doing so will remove the chance of the stain wicking up to the surface and eliminate any odours. To do this we have specialised fans that direct the airflow onto the wet carpet drying it within 10 minutes.
